Commanding Officers in Silver Horizon
Lazure
A defensive CO who specializes in defending captured properties, both her own and those of her allies.
Lazure is the second-in-command officer of Silver Horizon. She is also currently the only feature-complete playable CO in the mod.
Power Meter: ★★★★★★★★
Day to Day Abilities
Units have 2 additional terrain stars when they are on or adjacent to a captured property owned by Lazure or her allies. They can also be repaired and resupplied on allied properties as if they were owned by Lazure, however she cannot build from allied production facilities and has to pay the repair costs.
Lazure's power meter charges faster when there are few units on the field, but slower when there are many. Specifically, Lazure gains up to 95% increased charge speed with 1 unit on the field reduced by 5% for each additional unit, down to -50% with 30 or more units on the field.
CO Zone Effect (Range: 3)
Units have 20% increased firepower when adjacent to a captured property owned by Lazure or her allies. When on such a property, this bonus is increased to 50%.
Non-infantry units also have 20% increased defense.
Power - Flash Step
All of Lazure's non-infantry units have 20% increased defense and can move 1 space further than usual. In addition, all units have 20% increased firepower that doesn't stack with the CO Zone effect.
All units standing on a captured property owned by Lazure or her allies have their HP restored by 2 and their ammo and fuel resupplied by half.
Super Power - Ripple Drive
All of Lazure's non-infantry units have 50% increased defense and can move 2 spaces further than usual. In addition, all units have 20% increased firepower that doesn't stack with the CO Zone effect.
All units standing on a captured property owned by Lazure or her allies have their HP restored by 5 and their ammo and fuel fully resupplied.
Trivia
- The latter part of Commander Wars' subtitle, Dark Horizon, includes the latter part of the faction name, Silver Horizon. This is purely coincidental.
- Dark Matter, whose name is also a part of Commander Wars' subtitle, is also an enemy of Silver Horizon. This, again, is coincidental.
- Lazure is directly based on the Pokésona of the creator, ChemAtDark.
- The coloration is based on a recolor of the Pokémon Lurantis showcased in a GIF by the user tifablog on Tumblr.
- The names of Lazure's powers, Flash Step and Ripple Drive, are directly taken from the abilities of the same name from the action role-playng game franchise Kingdom Hearts.
