Recon turn into wanna be flare but it can deal decent damage against air useful in FOW
Her cop can turn into Snow weather for a turn
Her scop turn into rain for 3 turns
Unaffected by his own weathers

Pretty easy to spread your units out of her firework blast range
Olaf can ignore her snow effect but not her rain
Penny would mind her weather effect to her it an easy counter against her weather effect powers
