Pros
- Free chip damage every turn
- Recon turn into wanna be flare but it can deal decent damage against air useful in FOW
- Her cop can turn into Snow weather for a turn
- Her scop turn into rain for 3 turns
- Unaffected by his own weathers
Cons
- Pretty easy to spread your units out of her firework blast range
- Olaf can ignore her snow effect but not her rain
- Penny would mind her weather effect to her it an easy counter against her weather effect powers
