Pros
- She gain 20% firepower
- She get 1 Mini Hakkero by losing infantry & using cop
- Her cop call in a missile strike
- Her scop allow her to fire a laser via by HQ to use it
Cons
- Getting Mini Hakkero is tricky once 8 turns has past it reset itself
- A well planned player can be easy against Marisa powers
