- Spent 20% her funds into power
- Her cop allow her gain 40% firepower on water tiles like anything connect water
- Her scop allow her build 3 times get 15% both firepower & defense and heal for 4hp
Cons
- Spending 20% worth of your funds into power is bad
- Her powers kinda useless unless it a naval based map
