Pros
- Gain 30% firepower & 20% defense on veterancy rank
- His cop allow to spawn temporary infantry on owned cities
- His scop is Rachel like power but 2 missiles deal 1 hp while the last missile do 6hp damage
Cons
- Hard to get veterancy for your own unit
- His cop allow his infantry to be remove next turn
- A well planned player able to outmanoeuvre Mengsk scop by scattering
