This is the final batch of Langrisser characters I ever do but some improvements will be work in the future & try to bring closer to Mobile experiences.

Changelog
- Fix Wiler's code he doesn't get firepower reduced on his naval units anymore
- Fix Angelica's code her defense should be 40 instead of 45
- Change CO zone into Command Zone feels like playing the actual Langrisser game itself
