SCP
Rick can buy units at a 66% discount with no fire power penalty at this time, and his enemy units have to pay extra for repairs, they also can not purchase any units in their next turn.
Pros:
Rick appreciates his units and makes additional funds by repairing units due to selling scrap at his pawn shop. He also hides his unit's HP due to paparazzi.
Cons:
all units receive a -10 attack.
