Pros

• Gain 10 firepower & defense by targeting alone opponent unit out the open
• His cop is just a coin flip gain 3HP for all his units or change weather into snow
• His scop allow him to squash any low cost units such as infantry or recon for 70& firepower, he gain 40% defense if his unit was attack by a higher cost units such as heavy tank, battleship or a bomber

Cons

• Easy for his d2d ability to not gain any firepower or defense if the player is stay each others units together
• Olaf & Penny will ignore his cop if is not a 3hp healing
• A smart player can easy avoid his scop by not attacking or build a higher tier units or lower tier units
